Emi, the birthday girl is ready to paw-ty!!
Earlier this month Emi, the sweet Havanese puppy who belonged to Karen Kanetoku turned 1 along with her brothers and sisters! Before she passed away, Karen had been planning an all-out birthday bash to celebrate. In honor of Karen, Emi’s breeder, Pam of Havanese in Paradise, took up the reins to give Emi the paw-ty she had been waiting for!

Emi’s litter mates and other Havanese adults and puppies were invited to run and play. We were more than happy to supply the banana flavored paw-ty cake and paw-ty favors for this group of adorable four-legged partiers. The humans had a hilarious time orchestrating birthday photo with the cake. Pam wrote to us, “I’m sure Karen was rolling with laughter as we tried to take the group photo of the dogs!”

We’re happy Emi got the birthday paw-ty that Karen wanted her to have, and we’re so glad Pam was able to pull it all together. We know Karen is smiling down at the festivities! Happy Birthday, Emi!!!!
